The Data We Ask For
Geosoft Cloud gathers only the minimum information needed for service activation, licensing and billing administration:
- Contact details: name, surname, phone number and email address
- Legal credentials of the company plus its registration records
- Usage statistics for the services you subscribe to
Access to Data You Store
Geosoft Cloud holds no automatic access to your internal data stored in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or AWS environments.
In the rare technical troubleshooting case, limited access may be requested with your explicit consent.

The actual privacy protections for your data inside each service are governed by the respective vendor:

Marketing and Analytics
